The following ayurvedic medicines are known to help control flatulence.

The dosage of the formulations can be reduced or increased depending upon the tolerance of your body and the severity of the problem. Ayurvedic medicines are safe to have as they have no permanent side effects.

Divya Gaisahara Curna:

This medicine is available in liquid form. The dosage is half a teaspoonful twice a day. You should have it with warm water after lunch and dinner.

Kumaryasava:

Available in liquid form, the dosage is four teaspoonfuls of the medicine mixed with an equal quantity of water. You must take this it twice a day, after lunch and dinner.

Divya Udara-Kalpa Curna or Divya Curna:

This medicine is available as a liquid. Mix a teaspoonful of the medicine with equal or slightly more quantity of hot water at bed time, especially when the flatulence is severe. This medicine is not safe for diabetics as it contains unrefined sugar.
