Cabbage Soup Diet Does The Cabbage Diet Work? Cabbage Soup Diet 7 Day Plan Cabbage Soup Diet Review
|
First of all, this is what you can add to the cabbage soup – onions, tomatoes, cabbage, of course, green pepper, celery, mushrooms, carrots, etc. try to keep the ingredients as fresh as possible, i.e. try not to use tinned items, as these can increase the salt content of the soup, thereby causing an imbalance in the food. Day 1:The first day you are allowed to have only cabbage soup and fruit. You can have as much of these as you want. However, you are not allowed to have bananas, as bananas are considered a source of fat. Other than bananas you can have whatever fruit you like, how much ever you like. Along with the fruit and the cabbage soup, you are allowed to drink water, and tea, etc. with no sweeteners. Day 2:The second day you are allowed cabbage soup along with your choice of vegetables. You also get a bonus on this day – you can have a baked potato, and also some butter. The vegetables can be cooked or raw, it doesn’t matter. It’s a good idea to avoid peas, corn, and also dried beans, and stick to leafy vegetables as much as possible, as that is where the comprehensive nutrition is. Day 3:On the third day you are allowed to eat as much as you want of the items on the Day 1 and day 2 menus – unlimited cabbage soup, fruits, and vegetables, excluding bananas, baked potato and butter. Day 4:On day four, the diet moves away radically from what you have had so far. You are allowed to have, what else, unlimited cabbage soup, and also a maximum of eight bananas and also skimmed milk. There is a scientific reason behind allowing the consumption of so many bananas and also the skimmed milk – it takes your mind off from the craving for sweet items. Day 5:On day five, you are allowed the luxury of some meat and some tomatoes. As choice of meat you can have either beef, broiled chicken (chicken with skin is not allowed), or even broiled fish. The meat choice is limited to one item only; you cannot have a combination of two or more meat items on the menu. Along with the meat, you must have about half a dozen tomatoes and also lots of water. The water is to wash away the uric acid that has formed in the body. Day 6:On the sixth day, you are allowed to eat both beef and vegetables. You must always have the soup, however, on all the days. These other items are just mere add-ons. On this day, you can eat as much of beef and vegetables as you want. You cannot eat a baked potato, however. Day 7:This is the last day of the cabbage soup diet plan. On this day, you are allowed to have brown rice, along with fresh fruit juices without sugar, and vegetables. You must have soup at least once. On the whole, you can eat as much as you want. This completes the cabbage soup diet. Do not prolong the diet beyond seven days, as it can have severe repercussions on the body. Review Of The Cabbage Soup Diet >>
